Acacia Wood Play Features and Movables

Another great advantage is the splinterless structure of acacia wood, preventing minor injuries that are so common when using other types of wood.

Stainless Steel Play Features and Movables

Materials used are of high quality, environmentally friendly, without preservation, shatterproof, and wind resistant.

Recycled Rubber Landing Surfaces

Recycled rubber surfaces are especially suitable as the equipment of school premises, kindergartens, multifunctional sports centres, and barrier-free areas; they are also suitable as safety landing material for playgrounds. Their advantages are minimum injury risk and zero maintenance. Additional advantages are smooth laying, optimal noise absorption, and antislippery effect when wet.

Moulded Rubber Landing Surfaces

Special, safe, artificial landing surface material called SMARTSOFT represents an ideal solution for children playgrounds. It may be set on existing surfaces requiring minor adjustments; it may also be part of new children playgrounds in various sizes, shapes, and colours.
Its bottom side is made of recycled rubber granulates and high quality polyurethane binding agents. The upper part is made of extremely durable EPDM granulate (artificial rubber) that can be made in various colours and laid in required shapes. The EPDM granulate renders the surface colour stability; it does not get worn down like similar products or tiles made of coloured recycled rubber, the life of which is much shorter. The surface is mixed and laid on the spot; it is monolithic, and cannot be disassembled or taken away!

Required parameters of the SMARTSOFT surface are achieved by varying strength:

SMARTSOFT 35 – for falls from up to 2, 4 m
SMARTSOFT 50 – for falls from up to 2, 6 m
SMARTSOFT 60 – for falls from up to 2, 7 m
SMARTSOFT 80 – for falls from up to 2, 9 m

It should be used as landing surface for playgrounds due to the following reasons:

The absorptive parameters of its surface are controllable and permanent, requiring no maintenance;
It is water-permeable - after rain, no puddles are left under play features;
It dries out quickly and stays clean;
It is highly durable - lifetime of 10 to 15 years;
It is not flammable;
Its structure does not allow burying dangerous objects, such as broken glass, syringes, etc.;
It cannot be thrown around or at other children;
Wide range of colours and shapes;
It is also suitable for people with mobility problems and people on wheelchairs (can be ridden upon without sinking into it);
The SMARTSOFT surface is certified by Prague Technical and Test Building Institute; it meets the ČSN EN 1177 standard (impact-absorbing playground surface);
